It feels harder to hold together with each step i make
It's too far, too far to care
Lay down to sleep with an easy touch
The breath sighs lightly in the cold air. as it
stretches for the moon
Cold gust keep the limbs shivering with agony
How can they break something that isn't whole?
Each step brings me nowhere

Aligned with the path, out of course with the line
Stay sharp as the edge comes nearer
Catch the moment thrown before you
Muscles contracting with each struggle
Feel it as it strains your will
The inner voices clear on the end

As i sleep, inner peace is non-existing
Tremors wake me as the fear takes hold of me
Ripples in the sand tell the movements made
Slow, imprints make their way
Fast, the pain sets in
Dawning memories of what to come
Set of by unconscious reality
